My Coaching Group times are:
Summer: Monday: 6.30-8pm
Winter: Monday: 6.30 - 7.45pm
All sessions begin at

- in Winter - Priory School
My coaching policy:
My group is for athletes of all abilities in school years 7 - 9.
During the winter, training is running based and its primary aim is to build strength and endurance. Athletes also learn the basic principles of how to train effectively.
During the summer, training is broader and includes both sprint and middle distance running along with throws, jumps and general strength and conditioning.
Athletes are encouraged to participate in competitions where appropriate.
