Tuesday July 10th
Brian's walking group
Elizabeth's Slower Slow group
Janet's group: throughout July we will be doing 6.5 to 7-mile routes in the undulating countryside. Please bring water.
Gail's group: if the weather remains excessively warm we'll be running about 6 miles. If it cools down we'll be considering a run to Friday Street. Please remember to bring water with you.
Dave's group: Add 25% to whatever you are told the distance will be to get the true Prof-iterole experience
Glenn’s not quite as quick as Nick’s group
Nick's group: meet at Ranmore Car Park at 7pm for a steady off road run. Nick is returning from injury & still not fit enough to lead but but a leader for the group will be advised on the night
Thursday July 12th
Brian's group: meet at Pixham club house at 7pm. This will be the same every week until the winter sessions start.
Everyone is welcome to join in
Nick's group: meet at Pixham Sports Ground at 7pm for a Track session to improve speed / speed endurance.
