Weekly Training Plans


Steers Field is now open! The groups available will be: Brian's walking group Elizabeth's Slower Slow group Janet's group will be lead by Libby this week. It's a 7.5 mile route, but it's not a toughie! Heading out Abinger Roughs way. Do bring water if it's a warm evening. Gail's group will run 8 to 8.5 miles (using the local elevations to add a challenge or two.) Dave's group Glenn’s not quite as quick as Nick’s group Nick's group will be undertaking a 7 to 8 mile run. The session will include some speed endurance work & is best suited for runners who can comfortably do 8 min miling Thursday June 14th Brian's Group Meet at Pixham club house at 7pm. This will be the same every week until the winter sessions start. Everyone is welcome to join in. Nick’s group Meet at Pixham Sports Ground at 7pm for a Track session to improve speed / speed endurance. All abilities welcome
