Meet at Ranmore for 7pm departure
Gail’s group
John leading: don’t panic – I shall be nice this week. No hills. Just undulations. About 6 miles of undulations that will require trail shoes and possibly a headtorch towards the end
Nick’s group
Meet at Ranmore Car Park at 7pm for a 6 to 7 mile run. This will include some speed work & is best suited for runners who can comfortably do 8 min miling
