Weekly Coaching - Seniors w/c 18 March

Tuesday March 19th:

MEET AT ASHCOMBE SCHOOL FOR 7PM DEPARTURES UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED - PLEASE WEAR A HI VIZ TOP AND CARRY A HEAD TORCH IF GOING OFF-ROAD

Brian's & Caroline's power walking group

Gayle's group: the usual run/walk for the snayle wowers with the possibility of a hill or two or even a run to Brockham and back on the coach road - please remember to bring a head torch

Elizabeth's group: The Turtles will be lead by Alan on a non-stop run around town

Janet's group: Janet or one of her highly competent stand-ins will take the group

Gail's group: is taking a break for a few weeks. Give The Prof's or Janet’s group a try or run some reps with Kevin

Dave's group: The Profiteroles are being led by John 'I'm 70 you know' Jelly on an off-road excursion up Box Hill to the Smith and Western then through to Juniper Top and down to Mickleham and back via Denbies. That's about 7 miles and a torch (preferably a headtorch) is essential on this route

Kevin's group: This week meet at Ashcombe then off Curtis Road (probably) for the session. For those who wish to build a bit of strength and move up the groups and become a better runner

Glenn's group: Reps and intervals around Denbies. All are welcome to come along

Thursday March 21st

Please note that there is an event taking place at Pixham on Thursday evening so please see below for individual meet points for each group. Remember the AGM takes place at 20.30 at the Christian Centre near St Martin's church

Brian's group: Meet at the old library building at 7:00 for the session

Dave's group: Dave's group will meet at the M&S car park at 7pm ready fro the session

Nick's group: Firstly well done to everyone who completed last week's session. We started this winter with 4 & 5 reps of the Tower Hill circuit, so to now be on 7 & 8 reps, at the same quality, shows the amount of work you have put in during the winter months.

In view of the wake being held at the Pixham sports ground we will meet at the M&S car park. If you wish to park there, it is only a short stroll to the Christian Centre for those attending the AGM at 8.30pm. We will do our warm up, drills & strides at the car park before moving onto Parkway for the main session
