Training Plans w/c May 28th - All Abilities are Welcome!

Tuesday 29th​

​The travellers have gone from Steers Field but (as of writing) the field itself is locked whilst the NT clean up. Please park in the Ranmore car park as usual and then congregate on the opposite (north) side of the road so we do not block the car park. The groups available will be:

Brian's walking group

Elizabeth's Slower Slow group is being led by Jacqui Cooper who has planned a roughly 5-mile route to Polesden Lacy and back

Janet's group is being led by Zahra who has a 6.5ish mile route around Polesden Lacy planned including the usual undulations - maybe bring some water

Gail's group and Dave's group will head off for some pre-Bench to Bench training - expect at least 7-8 miles of ups and downs

Nick's group will be undertaking a 9-10 mile run. This will include some speed endurance work & is best suited for runners who can comfortably do 8-min miling

Thursday May 31st

Brian's Group

Meet at Pixham club house at 7pm. This will be the same every week until the winter sessions start.

Everyone is welcome to join in.

Nick’s group

Meet at Pixham Sports Ground at 7pm for a Track session to improve speed / speed endurance.

All abilities welcome
