Training for w/c 2 July 18

Tuesday July 3rd

For those of you not watching the England match the post Bench to Bench training plans are as follows:

Brian's Walking Group

Elizabeth's Slower Slow Group

Janet's Group: throughout July we will be doing 6.5 to 7-mile routes in the undulating countryside. Please bring water.

Gail's Group: with the weather forecast for tomorrow looking like it will still be quite warm (!), I'll be taking my group on a shady 6 miler

Dave's Group: he promised it would not be as far as last week (make of that what you will)

Glenn’s Group: not quite as quick as Nick’s group – led by John J this week doing a 7-mile run incorporating as much shade as possible

Nick's Group: meet at Ranmore Car Park at 7pm. Nick is still injured but a leader for the group will be advised on the night

Thursday July 5th

****** PLEASE NOTE****** Training & Parking at Denbies - NOT Pixham Lane **********

Due to the School Sports Day event taking place, the Pixham track is NOT available so the plan is to meet at Denbies

Brian’s and Nick’s groups will be available as usual for working on speed and endurance

****Parking Arrangements at Denbies******

Denbies have confirmed that we're OK to use their parking area on Thursday but they've asked us to use the area before you go under the railway bridge as they've got a number of events up there that evening.
