Runners are strongly encouraged to travel by public transport or car share.

Course: This is a 2-lap course. A course map is available. The course is mostly grassland but also some gravel paths and woodland and is suitable for spikes or cross country fell shoes.
Please note that there may be some minor adjustments to the map, notably the start and finish and a pinch point early in the lap, but the start and finish will be in the same area, close to the White House and car park.
