Membership Renewal!

Important Message from Zahra

It is now time to renew your membership of DMVAC. You should receive 2 emails: one from the normal club distribution list and the other from webcollect. As you may be aware, at the AGM last week Chris Brown is taking over the membership secretary role. It was also agreed that membership this year will include the England Athletics (EA) license and you will need to choose one of the options below on the web collect system:

  1. Individual membership - seniors/adults £55

  2. Family membership - (2 adults +children residing at the same address) £125

  3. Individual membership for students (anyone over age 11 in full time education) £40

  4. Individual membership for juniors (anyone u11yrs) £25 - this options excludes EA license as it is not required

  5. 2nd claim Membership: £20 (excl EA license as this will have been obtained through first claim club)

Please register on the webcollect system and make your payments promptly. If anyone requires an EA license urgently for any events in early April please can you email the membership secretary Chris Brown on and he will try and sort them out as soon as possible. However with work and Easter there is likely to be a delay but Chris and Zahra will work together to try and facilitate this promptly. Licenses cannot be purchased in any case until 1st April.

Some of you may be aware that there are new data protection regulations that become law in May 2018. In order for the Club to comply with the legislation, there is now a mandatory field on the member page of the webcollect system that requires all members to tick. This lets you know how we will communicate with you and use your personal data. Also, it permits us to provide England Athletics with your personal data who in turn will contact you to advise on how you can set your privacy settings.

All those that renew by the 30th April will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 voucher for the club shop: For those that have not used it the web address is
