Fran’s Sprint group is for determined young sprinters who aspire to improve their speed and technique with the main goal of competition.
Over the winter season sprinters will be competing in Sportshall athletics and indoor sprint races. Sprinters Under 15s and above Winter training MONDAYS strength and fitness training in Chalkpit lane 6:30 to 8:00 All athletes have to wear a high vis top and suitable clothing for the weather on the day of training. THURSDAYS Speed training followed by circuit training at St Martin’s School Dorking 7:30 to 9:00 However On a sports hall training session day the training starts at 7:00 with Sportshall events until 8:00. Then circuits are from at 8:00 and finishes at 9:00
All athletes have to wear a high vis top and suitable clothing for the weather on the day of training.
