Farley Heath MABAC NOTICE 2019. Entries open CRANLEIGH 15/21 2020

Message from Our MABAC Team Captain - Patrick Martin

There is only one MABAC race left this season, Sunday 17th November 10 a.m. Farley Heath. Note yes, 10 a.m.

After a great performance at Nonsuch and with this one race remaining for 2019, out of the eight competitive clubs in the league we are currently top, three hundred points+ ahead of Wimbledon. No grounds for complacency! Let’s go for an excellent turnout to conclude the MABAC year please.

Farley Heath is a beautiful local venue. Friendly competition at almost every level. Directions from Dorking: take the A25 towards Guildford and past Shere. Just before the Silent Pool, turn left onto the A248 Albury / Chilworth / Shalford road then, after 300 metres, on the right hand bend, fork left towards Farley Green. At Farley Green bear right down Woodhill Lane to Farley Heath.

This really is a FAMILY orientated cross country event for ALL members!

- The senior race is two laps of the course, totalling 5 miles

- Walkers and joggers can do one lap (total 2.5 miles)

+ there is a junior race, again of one lap (2.5 miles)

Give it a Go!

...and remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before th race start, for parking and collecting of race numbers.)

The MABAC AGM takes place after the Farley Heath event at the Bandroom opposite the swimming pool in Cranleigh, starting at 12 noon. (Same location as Cranleigh 15/21 race HQ). All welcome. Complimentary drinks and  snacks. Come and have your say in the running of MABAC. Agenda attached - CLICK HERE
