Tuesday April 30th - Ranmore: Consider bringing a head torch since it can get dark early under the trees.

Brian & Caroline's walking group

Gayle's group

Elizabeth's group

Janet's group: A 5 mile, or thereabouts, run this week. Undulating as always

Gail's group: This week an undulating route of just under 6 miles to Effingham Golf Course and back via Polesden House viewpoint. Most paths are trail and quite good but there are some rutted sections so trail shoes may be useful if you have them

David's group: In Prof's absence we are seeking a stand-in leader since John Jelly is unavailable to lead this week

Nick's group: As previously Nick, Glen, Heather & Gaz will be working together to take 3 groups out from Ranmore on Tuesday. The plan is to steadily increase the mileage / speed each week in preparation for the annual bench to bench
