DMV Coaching - Seniors - w/c 22 April

If you haven't yet responded to the survey about a Summer Handicap event please take 2 minutes out of your day and go to

3 simple questions and you're done

Tuesday April 23rd - Ranmore: Consider bringing a head torch since it can get dark early under the trees.

Brian & Caroline's walking group

Gayle's group:

Elizabeth's group: The Turtles will be heading towards Polesden Lacy, a few ups and downs but then it is Ranmore

Janet's group: It's April so it's a 4.5 to 5 mile run

Gail's group: The Wizlons are returning! Under temporary leadership at the moment, this week the run will be just under 6 miles and encompass bluebell woods, memorial benches, a youth hostel .... and an opportunity for an indian train along the last stretch.  Road or trail shoes as the paths are good underfoot, and might be worth bringing a torch too

David's group: The Prof is still injured so we're hoping that stand-in RD Jelly will take the lead

Nick's group: Nick, Glenn, Heather & Gaz will be working together to take 2 groups out from Ranmore on Tuesday. The plan is to steadily increase the mileage / speed each week in preparation for the annual bench to bench

Thursday 25th April - meet at Pixham Lane clubhouse for 7pm departures

Brian's group: On the field for some pre-track sessions

Dave's group: Dave is injured so please join either Brian or Nick for training

Nick's group: We will meet at Pixham Sports Ground at 7pm & then run to Denbies for some drills & short recovery repetition work.

All abilities welcome!
