DMV Coaching - Seniors - W/c 13 May

Tuesday May 14th - Ranmore

Brian & Caroline's walking group

Gayle's group: Over the next 3 weeks the snayle wowers will do progressively longer runs (still with a walking component) to prepare for the Cockerel 10K on June 2nd. This week will be 5.5 miles, next 5.75, then 6.

Elizabeth's group: The Turtles will be doing 5 miles, flattish!!!!

Janet's group: are running 'Whitedown in reverse', a lovely run along the top of Ranmore, so no big ups and downs. 6 miles with great views

Gail's group: A 7-mile, south of the railway run this week which will therefore have a noticeable down and up! Mostly trail but some road, all fairly decent paths

David's group: John is leading again this week keeping to around the 7 miles heading South to Squires Farm and back. That means there will be a maximum of 1 mile of road (very minor road) but great views when we get to Squires

Nick's group: As previously Nick, Glen, & Gaz (& Heather if not working) will team together to take 3 groups out from Ranmore. The plan is to steadily increase the mileage / speed each week in preparation for the annual bench to bench. This week we are going to Friday Street which is around 7.5-8 miles

Thursday 16th May - Meet at Pixham Lane clubhouse for 7pm warm up

Brian's group: Meet at Pixham club house at 7pm. This will be the same every week until the winter sessions start.

David's group: Track session at an interim pace between Brian's and Nick's groups

Nick's group: We will meet at Pixham Sports Ground at 7pm for some drills & track work. All abilities welcome
