My training groups times are:
"I am a UKA level 3 Endurance Coach with over 20 years experience coaching. I have coached athletes from casual runners to international standard. I believe each athlete is an individual with specific goals and needs and so I develop individual training regimes accordingly.
Personally, I have been a member of DMVAC for almost 30 years and I still like to compete regularly although usually near the back of the pack..."

"Training for those that wish to progress at endurance events including track, road and cross country. Training is catered for all ages and abilities and includes personal training programmes tailored to individual needs."
